To apply for a merchant account with Ethix, please fill out the application questionnaire form accessed via the link below. If you are not sure of the answers to any of the questions please just put a “?” in the box and we will connect with you to complete any last questions we need.

Once you submit the application questionnaire and send us the support documents below we will populate the online application and you will receive an e-mail from our processor CardConnect with a link and password to the digital signature page of the application, there you will have an opportunity to review the application and be asked to check three boxes and type your name to execute the digital signature.

At this point you will be finished and in a few days your new merchant account will be live and we will contact you with activation information and instructions.
